This was an excellent hotel to stay in and perfect for the on site concert. It was a breeze to grab a golf cart to the concert and back again. No ques, no hassle, seamless and absolutely worth spending the night there. The staff are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms have very comfortable beds, are spotlessly clean and have all the basic amenities you could need. You can easily walk or cycle around the property, and to fully enjoy the landscape in Mayakoba I highly recommend the boat tour. It's a wonderful way to see the whole resort. The beach club of Andaz is beautiful, with plenty loungers and towels. The beach front itself is excellent as they installed seaweed barriers, so you do not have any issues at this resort, just crystal clear waters to swim in. The breakfast buffet was great with lots to choose from and of course great service from the staff there. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and as a local I hope to return again.

It was big enough that everyone could spread out. Then resort never felt packed. We loved that it was in the middle of such protected, natural jungle, and centotes and the area took pride in being eco-friendly. Being able to ride our bikes along the resort while feeling safe, no matter of the hour was invaluable. The food options were abundant and everywhere we ate we were pleasantly surprised about how good the food was. The beach was clean there were always places to lay, the staff was extremely helpful, and the ocean is crystal clear, calm waters. It truly is the perfect location! The lagoon ride provided by the hotel as a courtesy was such a treat. There were plenty of activities to do on site and plenty to choose from if you wanted to leave. Having three different pools was amazing as well, you could always find your vibe.

We loved our stay at the Andaz Mayakoba. Our room was in the jungle area with a big balcony and view of the lagoon. We did hear the ac of the nearby restaurant which bothered my husband a little. The room was big and very comfortable. The bathroom was great. I loved the big shower. It had the best amenities. There are bikes you can take to ride around the gigantic property. It took us 10 minutes to bike to the beach. It was so much fun! Of course there is also transport that will pick you up any time. The beach is incredibly beautiful. The restaurants are wonderful. The food is excellent and not cheap.

We paid for an upgrade to beachfront studio and then beachfront king room, both beautiful rooms and it made our trip to wake up to the sunset and listen to the waves, being close to the beach and the hotel facilities there. The free bikes were great to get around the hotel. Nice that you can freely use facilities and go between all hotels in the complex (incl Rosewood, Fairmont and Banyan Tree). We felt Andaz had the best beachfront facilities, though.

Very nice layout and one of the best suites I have stayed in - Casa Amate is one of the best restaurants I have been to in Mexico. Latin American fine dining. - We liked the boat ride. Although Banyan tree does offer a very romantic private boat ride with dinner served that is better but not at Andaz - Staff are friendly
